rights of individual

School started and we start seeing the familiar faces and the new faces whom i can recogonise from the yr 1 orientation. the week started busy and it feels like just any other school day as i have been busy throughout the whole hols. you know the feeling of school started after enjoying the hols and without it is kinda different. oh well..

Hmm all my modules seem quite alright besides statistics. *blink* As for my lecturers most are quite alright. probably the most dreaded lecturer would be the module pharmocology. lol

Actually i wonder, whats the point of having a committee if they dont work together? it would then defit the purpose of having one. why even bother having a committee if it would be a 1 man show?

Knowing that its only a few ppl who works, takes the initiaive or even knowing that there is a problem within the committee, shouldn't it be someone who is now currently in authority take things into hands and face the problem? when such things do happen, shouldn't it be someone with more authority handle the problem as the rest have no right to say about others.

Everyone has the right, choice and stand to refuse work which is not within their scope. I am not trying to complain that i am the only one who is actually doing most of the stuff. i don't mind helping but there is a limit to everything. commitment cannot be compared as it is a individual interest and choice.further more everyone has each and their own responsibilities and priorities and their own busy personal lives. What would be the point if the person is to feel obliged or forced to do something they don't like or want?

There are people who draws the line so clear of what they don't need to do and maybe even sometimes include what they need to do. when it bounces back at them, they may end up complaining? so what would happen to those who does extra stuff or even most of it. guess they still get the same workload without anyone reaching their hand out to help.

would u still give someone work when u know they are busy or already doing most of the stuff? personally i would help what i can and of cause within my means. shouldn't those are are able to work share the workload? what can i say, everyone has their own perception too..

i would be able to help still only if i'm not that busy when school really starts which will be impossible. Hence i can't possible help that much but i will definitely do what i'm suppose to do as i took up the resposibility as a treasurer.

Sometimes don't just assume things. find out before stating it as though its already facts. not everything may be right or wrong. it could end up misjudging, insulting, misconception and the list just goes on..

Seriously i need to catch my sleep. my headaches are starting to come back today during lessons.
